This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.

Order Processing

All orders placed on Dood Woof are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer free standard shipping on orders $25+ within the continental U.S. on all orders. Typical delivery times are between 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note, all delivery times provided are estimates only and given in good faith.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available to choose from 

Delivery Location

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at hello@doodwoof.com, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
