60 day love it or it's free guarantee

Try any Frenchies vs Everybody product for 60 days. If you or your Frenchie are not happy with it for any reason, email us at mallory@frenchiesvseverybody.com within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to ship anything back. Keep the jar, or pass it along to a Frenchie friend.

How refunds work
Send us your order number and a line about what did not work, so we can keep getting better. Once we approve the refund by email, the money goes back to your original payment method. Banks and card companies can take 5 to 10 business days to post it. If it has not shown up after 15 business days, email mallory@frenchiesvseverybody.com and we will chase it.

Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or never shows up, contact us right away at bark@frenchiesvseverybody.com and we will replace it or refund it.

Apparel and merch
Need a different size or color? Email us and we will sort it out. The 60 day guarantee covers merch too.

Subscriptions
The guarantee covers each shipment. You can change or cancel a subscription at any time from the links in your order emails.
