It didn't work for my sons iPhone when he scanned the qr code was a big disappointment pls respond

I'm sorry to hear that. We would be happy to refund your order. This should work fine on any smartphone from this decade, but if your phone is from 2019 or before, perhaps it could have problems? I just tested it on an iphone 12 (from 2019) and it worked fine. We also tested it on older androids as well. The only other thing is you have to click 'yes/allow' when your phone asks for camera permissions (the phone needs to use your camera to display the augmented reality)

Yes you do we have 1 on my car and 1 on the work truck ( my husband truck) I've had a few people come up to my car and click on the qr code while out and about to the stores. Great conversation starter.
